Enrolment Information

We welcome your enquiries in relation to enrolling at Heatherhill Primary School.

Documents including a completed enrolment form, birth certificate, current immunisation record, and visa or residency documents, if applicable, are required.

Enrolment paperwork can be emailed on request, please contact the school office on (03) 9546 7562 or via email at heatherhill.ps@education.vic.gov.au.

DOCUMENTATION

The following documentation is a legal requirement to be submitted upon enrolment.

  • Immunisation Certificate from Medicare - Please contact Centrelink to obtain your child's School Entry Immunisation Certificate or Exemption Certificate. We cannot accept a Birth and Immunisation Record booklet.
  • Birth Certificate or Extract - A photocopy of the document will be made by the Office Staff.
  • Residency Status - If a student was not born in Australia, a Certificate of Citizenship or Visa indicating residency is required. Again, a photocopy will be made of this document.
  • Custody Documentation - If there are custody restrictions applicable to your child, it is essential that we acquire the current court documentation. This will be photocopied.

DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER SCHOOL TOURS AT THIS TIME. WE WILL UPDATE THIS PAGE WHEN THIS CHANGES.
